I’m From Rice Toner 150ml

1. Shake well before use to blend the two layers.
2. After cleansing, apply an adequate amount to hands or a cotton pad.
3. Gently pat onto the face and neck until absorbed.

Tip: For extra nourishment, layer 2–3 times or use as a DIY toner mask with cotton pads.

Do not use if you are allergic to niacinamide or rice-derived ingredients.
