Shipping Policy

At Tokki Ku, we take great care in preparing and shipping your skincare with love and intention. Below you’ll find all the details regarding how your order will be packed and shipped.



Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience as we prepare your order with care.



Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

We offer:

  • Standard Shipping (Estimated 3–7 business days after fulfillment)
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50 (after discounts, before tax)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.



Delays or Lost Packages

 

Tokki Ku is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect/incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office.


While we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for lost packages, we’ll do our best to help you navigate next steps. Please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.



Incorrect or Returned Shipments

 

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your refund.

We are unable to reship returned orders. You will need to place a new order with the correct shipping information.



International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping, but we’re working toward expanding in the future.
