Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $50 (before tax and after discounts). Shipping rates for smaller orders are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. After fulfillment, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.


Can I return something if it doesn’t work for me?

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

First, check with neighbors or your local post office, as carriers sometimes mis-scan or leave items nearby. If it’s still missing after 24 hours, contact us and we’ll help guide you through the next steps.


Do you offer international shipping?

Not yet — but we’re working toward it! For now, we only ship within the United States.


Are your products cruelty-free?

We take care to source brands that do not test on animals. Each product page will note if an item is cruelty-free or vegan.


Can I cancel or change my order?

All confirmed orders are final. We begin processing quickly, so changes or cancellations may not be possible once your order is placed. Please double-check your cart before checkout.
